At 2042 N. Halsted, a 2,021-square-foot retail space is home to Rock N Rags, a Chicago based, family-owned clothing boutique. At 2044 N. Halsted, a 2,639-square-foot retail space has been leased to a national apparel retailer, with an announcement to come.
Above, both residential units 1,320 and 1,628 square feet are being renovated into three-bedroom apartments, with delivery expected fall 2026.
The renovation modernizes both buildings while preserving the character and charm of the Halsted streetscape.
